The Jersey Sharks have raised funds for their football program through “Give Back” efforts that support Children’s Specialized Hospital. We recognize that many precious children are enduring hardships such as cancer, physical disabilities, and other serious medical challenges. The Sharks have stepped in to bless these kids by providing toy gifts, financial support, visits, and morale-boosting activities at the local RWJ Children’s Hospital, helping bring comfort, hope, and smiles to families in need while reinforcing our commitment to community care.

The Jersey Sharks have once again proven their commitment to the local youth community with the successful culmination of the fifth annual Sharks Youth Camp, which took place on June 27, 2025. The event, captured beautifully in a photograph by Sharks Photographer Larry Washington, aimed at encouraging exercising and promoting good health among the young members of the community. With this annual initiative, the Sharks continue to make a significant and positive impact in the lives of the youth, fostering a culture of fitness and well-being.

JERSEY SHARKS GIVE BACK PROGRAM TO CHILDREN IN AFRICA
The Jersey Sharks, in partnership with Liberty Corner Church, proudly donated 12 brand-new soccer balls to the Youth Ministry in Malawi, Africa through the Sharks’ "Give Back" program. In many rural Malawian villages children play with homemade balls made from wadded and tied plastic bags, so these durable, properly sized soccer balls will provide safer, more consistent play and bring great joy to young athletes. This donation reflects the Jersey Sharks’ commitment to supporting youth sports, fostering opportunity, and strengthening global community ties through simple, meaningful acts that help children experience the game the way it was meant to be played.
SHARKS DONATE TO JET YOUTH FOOTBALL PROGRAM
JERSEY SHARKS SUPPORTS THE LOCAL EDISON YOUTH TEAM
The Jersey Sharks are proud to announce a $1,500 donation to the Edison Jets Youth Football Program as part of the Sharks Community Outreach Program. This contribution underscores our commitment to supporting youth athletics, fostering local talent, and strengthening the fabric of our community.
The donation will be used to support equipment purchases, field maintenance, and developmental resources that directly benefit the Jets’ players and coaching staff. By investing in safe, well-equipped programs at the grassroots level, we aim to help young athletes develop their skills, sportsmanship, and confidence both on and off the field.
